Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes. However, you may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched, you still have the right to cancel. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Return or cancellation costs may vary depending on the product and delivery location.

How do I return my order?

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us to initiate the return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in resellable condition

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 7–10 working days after processing
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

Return Conditions

We can only accept returns if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The item is returned in original packaging
  • The return is requested within the allowed timeframe

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.


Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos or videos of the damage

We will assess the issue and offer:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Refund

Items that have been assembled may not be eligible for a full refund.


Incorrect items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue promptly.


Return costs

  • If you change your mind → you are responsible for return shipping
  • If the item is faulty or incorrect → we will cover the return cost

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your card provider
  • Then contact us

Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damage caused by the use of our products, except where required by UK consumer law.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
