    • Functional parts (where applicable)

What’s Not Covered

To keep things fair and transparent, the following are not covered under the guarantee:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper use
  • Incorrect assembly or failure to follow instructions
  • Lack of proper care or maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, marks, dents, fading, etc.)
  • Accidental damage, stains, burns, or spills
  • Natural material changes over time (e.g. wood movement, fabric softening)
  • Damage caused by external factors (humidity, heat, cleaning products, cosmetics, etc.)
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Products used in commercial or non-domestic environments
  • Items that have been exported outside the United Kingdom
  • Products in unsanitary condition

How to Make a Claim

If you experience an issue covered by our guarantee:

  1. Contact our customer support team
  2. Provide your proof of purchase
  3. Share photos or videos showing the issue

This helps us assess and resolve your claim as quickly as possible.


What Happens Next?

Once your claim is reviewed:

  • If the item can be repaired, we will arrange a repair
  • If repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement
  • If the item is no longer available, we may offer:
    • A similar alternative, or
    • Store credit or partial refund at our discretion
